Shinagawa Hiroshi is a teenager who loves reading manga about delinquents. He wants to be bad-ass like the delinquents in his favourite comics: "Rokudenashi BLUES," "Shonan Bakusouzoku," "Crows" and "WORST." In the last summer of his middle-school life, he decides to become a delinquent, and drops out of his prestigious private school. At his new school, he meets Iguchi Tatsuya and joins his friend group, hoping to live like his manga heroes.
